Office Manager Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an Office Manager and Assistant to Owner to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an executive at our company.


Responsibilities:



  • Handle administrative needs of Executive

  • AR/AP Responsibilities

  • Making/Taking Phone Calls

  • Scheduling

  • Arrange conference calls and meetings

  • Plan work-related travel details

  • Filling

  • Receive visitors

  • Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff

  • Maintain and order supplies

  • HR/Payroll Tasks


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Microsoft Profient

  • HR experience appreciated

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent Phone Skills/Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent Writing Skills

  • Time Management

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
