Accounts Payable Analyst

As the Accounts Payable Analyst, you will compiles data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify the accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered.
You Will:
o Receives, researches, and resolves a variety of internal and external inquiries concerning supplier's account status.
o Assist team with gathering support for all audits.
o Perform monthly vendor payment reconciliation on a monthly basis and serve as subject matter expert for various account payable functions.
o Type credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise.
o Posts transactions to accounting records such as a worksheet or general ledgero Determines validity of invoices against actual materials orderedo Prepare and authorize payment to vendorso Learn and grow your career in accounting with a global leaderYou Have:
